Photo Questions:

How can you take the perfect photo?

Ensure your photo has good lighting – enough to capture the details of your furry (or non-furry) friend's face, but not so much that it becomes too bright to see.A head-on shot is preferred – Make sure the full face is in the photo, including both ears. If only half of your pet’s face is visible, only half will appear on your product!Avoid blurry photos – the clearer the photo, the better. Remember, the photo will be shrunk down, so some subtle features may not be as visible in the final product.

What is the maximum number of faces that can be printed a product?

Our products support up to four different faces for printing. If you choose multiple faces, each specified face in the photo will be cropped and placed separately on the product. Unless the faces are touching in the photo and a note is added for our designers to crop them together.

* 1 face: Submit one photo If your photo has multiple subjects, like you and your dog, kindly inform our design team before checkout specifying the subject you desire on the socks. Provide extensive details!

* 2 faces: Upload 1 or 2 photos If your photo, for example, has both of your furry or non- furry friends in it, you can upload 1 photo.

If you prefer to use a photo that, for example, has 1 dog in it and 2nd that has your other dog or person in it, you can upload 2 photos.

If your photo(s) has more than 2 subjects/faces in it, leave a note for our designers prior to checkout requesting the subjects you want on the socks on the product page. Be as detailed as possible!

* 3 or more faces: Upload 1, 2, 3 or 4 photos

If your photo has all of the desired faces in it, you can upload 1 photo.

If you prefer to use multiple photos that have all of the faces/subjects you want, feel free to upload up to 4 photos. If your photo(s) have more than the selected amount of faces in it, leave an “order note” on the product page requesting the subjects you want on the socks. Be as detailed as possible! If you do not see the option to include more than one face on a product, then that option is unavailable for that product.

Our socks can be printed in one of two ways: A pair of socks with one face included OR A pair of socks with two or more faces alternating

2 Faces: If you would like to purchase a pair with two or more faces alternating throughout the socks, the option must be selected before purchase and a total of $2.99 will be added to include the two faces.

3 Faces: If you would like to purchase a pair with three faces alternating throughout the sock, the option must be selected before purchase and a total of $6.00 will be added to include the three faces.

4 Faces: If you would like to purchase a pair with three faces alternating throughout the sock, the option must be selected before purchase and a total of $9.00 will be added to include the four faces.
Please keep in mind that there may be additional taxes added to your total depending on where you are located.

Is it possible to upload a photo of something other than a person, dog, or cat?

Definitely! Feel free to upload pictures of pets, humans, cars, and even logos! We have various patterns that aren’t animal-specific, including our PrintMyPup.com with a neutral, plain background. If you have any specific instructions, please leave them in the note box for our designers!

May I request a proof of how my product will?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a proof of your order as our designers must personally arrange your image and eliminate your pet's face. Be assured, in case of any problems, we will request a new image via email. Kindly ensure the photos are suitable for all audiences!

Do you crop the photo for me?

We crop the photo to only include the face of your furry or non-furry friend. Send a high-quality, head-on photo for best results and specify any accessories or items you want to keep or remove in the order notes.

Ordering and Payment:

What is your policy on changes and cancellations?

Because of our quick production process and the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to modify orders after they are placed.

What are the available payment methods?

We accept all major credit cards and use Bolt to ensure your payments are safe, secure, and easy. Additionally, we accept Amazon Pay and PayPal for a quick checkout. Please note that all prices are listed in USD, and your card will be charged in your respective currency.

If I forget to add something, can you charge my card?

Upon order placement, no additional charges can be applied for security reasons. We are unable to do that. However, the card used for the order can be refunded if needed.

What is the processing time for a refund?

Refunds processed through any major credit card will take 1-2 business days. For PayPal refunds, the processing time is 7-10 business days. Don’t worry, we don’t think you’ll need a refund unless you accidentally add too many socks out of excitement!

Product Questions:

How does sizing work?

Our socks are a “one size fits all”. They are considered a unisex size ranging from a Women’s US size 5 up to a Men’s US size 12. All socks are crew-style socks and come up to mid-shin on the average adult. We do not offer youth size socks.

Our custom mugs are 11 ounces in size.

Our blankets come in two sizes each perfect for the ultimate cuddle session. Our regular size is 50″ x 60″ and our large size is 60″ x 80″

What are the socks made of?

These cushioned DTG crew socks are a one-size style designed with both function and appearance in mind. With the fully cushioned heel-to-toe, these socks provide superior comfort, while the DTG print process allows for ultra-crisp, crease-free printing. Composed of 73% polyester, 18% nylon, 6% spandex, and 3% cotton, these socks are an elevated alternative to the typical sublimation sock and provide a clean, comfortable base for your all-over print designs.

What are the washing instructions for your products?

Socks: Machine-wash inside-out with cold water. Tumble dry on low heat or line dry. Use mild detergent and avoid fabric softener and dryer sheets for durability. Washing with like colors won't impact quality.

Mugs: Hand-wash with mild dish liquid. Though dishwasher safe, hand-washing is preferred for extended use.

Blankets: Machine wash separately in cold water. Tumble dry on low and do not bleach. Avoid washing with other items initially to prevent fuzz shedding.

Shipping Questions:

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Production Time: Most of our unique products take several business days to be produced. Custom Blankets may require an additional 5 days.

Shipping: Once produced, we ship orders via USPS or UPS within the continental US. Shipping times typically range from 3-5 business days (currently 8-10 business days). International shipping times vary by destination and can take up to 4 weeks.

Holiday Delivery: Delivery times may vary during the holiday season due to high volume and the custom nature of our products. Please check for updates on holiday turnaround times. We recommend placing orders early to avoid any delivery issue

What are the shipping costs?

We charge a flat shipping fee of $7.95 for US customers. For international orders, shipping costs vary by destination. To find out the cost, add an item to your cart and use our shipping calculator. Generally, international shipping is $9.95. Our Customer Service Team will contact you if there are any delivery issues.

Do you offer international shipping?

We are happy to fulfill international orders! Our production time remains unchanged, and shipping costs vary by destination. Depending on your country, a customs tax may be added to the shipping cost.

Is it possible for me to change the destination country on my order?

After placing your order, you may not change your shipping from domestic to international and vice versa.
